Administrative Hearing and Medical Interpreter Program

Effective July 1, 2008 the State Personnel Board  (SPB) will maintain the list of administrative hearing and medical interpreters and oversee the Interpreter Program as mandated by Government Code Section 11435.05 - 65 that requires interpreters used in state administrative hearing and medical proceedings  be certified.
