Bilingual Services Program Memorandums

In an effort to facilitate state departments' understanding of the language survey and the on-line reporting system, as well as provide updated program information, the Bilingual Services Program (BSP) will periodically issue informational memoranda to departmental language survey and/or bilingual coordinators. These memos serve as a means of communicating and sharing information between the SPB and state departments when common issues are identified and to clarify issues regarding the survey and reporting requirements. These memos are transmitted to departmental coordinators via the e-mail address provided by the department.
