Service Center

The State Personnel Board (SPB) maintains an Employment Service Center, in Sacramento, to provide the public access to State employment information. The Service Center is a self-service facility where you can obtain copies of examination bulletins, applications, brochures and forms related to State civil service employment. On-site computer access is also available to search the SPB's Web site for State examinations, vacancies and other employment resources.

The Service Center hours are Monday through Friday (excluding State Holidays) between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, with staff available to provide assistance during the hours of 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
