The On-Line Consultation and Training team provides the examination and interpretation of State of California laws and rules for certification of eligible candidates, and provides training to State departments on the electronic on-line examination and certification system.

ON-LINE CERTIFICATION TRAINING

Basic On-Line Certification Training

This Basic Five-Day class is designed for individuals who are responsible for ordering certification lists, contact letters, clearing certification lists, updating eligible lists and eligibles' records and, who are familiar with the laws and rules pertaining to eligible list certification.

Prerequisite

Participants must have an SPB Log-On ID and six months experience utilizing the On-Line Certification System.

ON-LINE EXAMINATION TRAINING

Basic On-Line Examination Training

This Basic Five-Day class is geared for individuals who are responsible for establishing examination control records, ordering various reports and notices; submitting various types of examination scores, and establishing eligible lists.

Prerequisite

Participants must have an SPB Log-On ID and six months experience utilizing the On-Line Examination System.
