Work Sample and Performance Tests

Overview:

This one-day class is designed to provide participants with an understanding of work sample and performance tests. Topics to be addressed include the development of exercises and rating scales, assessor/rater training, and the practical and logistical issues related to the administration of work sample and performance tests. Class content will be covered using a combination of lecture, discussion and group exercises.
